About Creator

My name is Silvy D’Costa. I developed this site for my Capstone Project. I dedicated my research to sexism in the workplace. In preparation for my project, I contacted qualified women from various jobs within Medical, Law, and Education facilities and interviewed them through questions I developed to examine gender discrimination. As a young woman of color, it is inevitable to experience some hate, and I hope to bring light to that matter for all women. Through the process of interviewing and researching, I found myself to be more educated on sexism. I hope people can take away from this and help our world step up.
